Yes, we offer Sydney wide delivery.  Delivery fees vary depending on your location with delivery prices start at $29.95. Your exact delivery fee will be confirmed based on your delivery address.

Yes, pick up is available for selected orders. Please note that pick up is not available for wedding cakes or cakes more than two tiers. These orders require delivery to ensure your cake arrives safely and securely.

Once your order has been placed and your deposit has been paid, our pick-up address will be provided in your order confirmation email.

We require at least two weeks notice for all custom orders to allow us enough time to carefully prepare and create your order.

Need something last minute? Send us a message! While we cant always guarantee availability, we will always try our hardest to accommodate your order where possible.

Please note: None of our cakes or icings contain nuts or tree nuts. However, we do work in a kitchen that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee that our products are completely nut free.

We strongly recommend transporting your cakes in an air conditioned vehicle to help maintain their quality and structure during travel.

The safest place for your cake is on a flat, stable surface such as the passenger-side floor of the car. We do not recommend placing cakes or cupcakes on a seat or having a passenger hold them, as this increases the risk of movement and damage.

Please also avoid exposing your cakes and cupcakes to direct sunlight, as heat can cause them to soften, melt, or lose their shape.

Cakes and cupcakes are best stored in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve them.

We recommend removing them from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving to allow them to come to the ideal temperature.

Please keep cakes and cupcakes out of direct sunlight and away from heat, as this can cause decorations to soften, melt or lose their shape.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date.

For orders placed with less than two weeks ' notice, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

We understand that ideas can change! If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
Changes requested close to your event date may not always be possible, particularly if ingredients, decorations or custom pieces have already been purchased or prepared.
Potentially. Changes to your design, size, flavour, decorations or custom pieces may result in an additional charge. We will confirm any price changes with you before proceeding.
Once your booking has been confirmed and your deposit has been paid, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Deposits may be non-refundable where work, ingredients or custom items have already been committed to your order.

We offer a range of custom cake and cupcakes embellishments, including acrylic pieces, card stock toppers and handmade fondant decorations, all designed to compliment your cake perfectly.

Our cookies can also be fully customized, with 3D printed or acrylic embossers and debossers available to create unique designs, textures and personalised details.
